[evla-sw-discuss] Network outage for EVLA antennas

   I need to schedule a brief 1+ hour outage for some
of the antennas and the CBE-nodes.  It's essentially
any antenna between 1 and 18, cbe-master and cbe-node-1.

   We have a failed port on the network switch and need
to replace the line card.  It's only time critical in
the sense that Cisco wants the failed line card back
ASAP now that they've sent us the replacement.  We're
not using the failed port.

   I'd like to do it tomorrow around 11am since that's
a maintenance day.

   If that's a problem please let me know.  Not sure
who needs to have an opinion, if I left anyone off
let me know that as well.
