Up till now only the signed sum of the LOs is preserved in the VLA
archive record (both Modcomp and IDCAF) and we have been able to
derive the receiver in use because none of the bands overlap.
with the Ka receiver that will no longer be true as overlap is
possible on both sides with the existing K and Q band receivers.
This the question arises of whether we need to know the receiver
in use for an observation. If that is the case then we need to
find room in the archive record for a receiver name or code and
provide that information to idcaf if that is not already done.
There are several places in the SDA of the archive record where
a band code could be inserted. My preference is to use a single
character to specify the receiver rather than the M301 numeric
band code.
