[evla-sw-discuss] Antenna 14 IF D Q-band

Last week Terry Cotter informed me that ea14 if D attenuators at Q-band 
neede adjusting.  Today I determined that the input attenuator needs to be 
changed to 5 from 14.

I tried going into sqlplus to set the new value, but something 
must have changed somewhere, and I'm not an expert at databases enough to 
figure out what happened.

Here's what I tried to do:

sqlplus wbrisken/wbrisken at evlaparm

SQL> insert into parameters values (current_timestamp,'EA14','45GHz','IFDRFA','5','wbrisken',sysdate);

Error message was:

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00947: not enough values


This is the only way I know of to set values.  Could someone either let me 
know what is wrong with my above database entry or enter this parameter 
for me?
