[evla-sw-discuss] obs2script moved to SVN

Several other projects were moved to svn yesterday (05/22)...

EVLA/
    observe
    calc
    scheduler
    checker
    commons
    archive
   
As with obs2script, the CVS versions of these projects are frozen and 
all future development must use svn for source control.
