/home/mchost/evla/bin/cset <mode> <bandwidth>

Example:
/home/mchost/evla/bin/cset 4 2 will create a script which for 
correlator mode '4', bandwidth code 2.
The script will be sent to the executor, where it will start executing
immediately if no other script is being executed (if there is, the
operator must cancel it).  The list of antennas to be correlated is 
the list the operators maintain to be used for dynamic scheduling.

For continuum, the blank mode must be delimited by quotes:
/home/mchost/evla/bin/cset "  " 0
