joe chavez, the guy working at spitzer that was here for the software 
conference, has alot of experience with converting over from cvs to svn (they 
did it at spitzer).  he has a web page that has a bunch of info on svn, 
including a presentation that he made up (see the "Documents" section on the URL 
below) at:
