[evla-sw-discuss] A test svn repo is up for people to play with

Bryan, I don't know if this helps or not, but I've been doing CVS
(almost) seamlessly to /home/asg/cvs using ssh. The environment
variables are:

CVSROOT=:ext:kryan at ozone:/home/asg/cvs
CVS_RSH=ssh

ozone is my old SparcStation that is on the net; I have myself in its
set of authorized keys so I don't have to give a password every time.

I have no idea if SVN will work similarly - or if it is easier just
to set up its server abilities. I am curious to see that work.
