the 4/28/06 one is the same known software error barry just responded to for
item C118155 - there is a known problem with the frequency setup for P-band.
we should not allow any P-band scripts to be run until that problem is fixed.
and we should close both C118134 and C118155.
i don't know about the one on 2/10. rich, any idea?
