[evla-sw-discuss] DNS lookups

    Right now mctest and mcmonitor combined are generating
about 30 DNS lookups/second.    For all 27 antennas and
MIBS/monitor points it's safe to assume this will increase by
nearly an order of magnitude or around 300/second.
