I just did the same and it ran fine for me also.

I doubt they are under CVS yet.  I looked at Usysstart.evla
and it already has a VLALoIfSetup; the LoIfSetup was commented
out, perhaps because there was once a time when the LoIfSetup
was not happy with U band.

Note that there is no reason to use Usysstart unless the intent
is to control oldVLA antennas.
