The name of the file is Usysstart.evla, but I presume this was not the
problem, as the ops usually pick from a list.

I am puzzeled - there is no Executor log entry dated later than 06:50 AM
yesterday.  Without a log, I can't find out why it failed.

The command line executor (run without any antennas) seems to have no 
problem with that file.

Does anybody know if these files are controlled by cvs?  (I need to change
them to insert a VLALoIfSetup.)
