[evla-sw-discuss] Tests Jan 19

Sam attempted to run Rick's EVLA tests last night from
/home/mchost/bbutler/rick1_dynamic3.evla. The script went to normal
completion after a few seconds. He tried 5 times with the same results.

Rick's instructions indicated that the EVLA antennas were not critical,
so Sam didn't call anyone, but we wondered why the scripts completed early.
