[evla-sw-discuss] Names

Just a follow up on this topic.
Since we switched to using DCS instead of antennas IDs, the archive and 
alarm data multicatsed by the CMP will have a DCS number instead of the 
antenna number. The receiving application/ higher software (archive, 
checker or other) need to translate the DCS number to the antenna number 
based on the table that Ken is referring too.
