A document entitled "EVLA Monitor and Control Near-Term
Software Development Plan" has been posted to the EVLA
Computing Working Documents web page:

It is document # 41.

This document is an expansion of the recently posted EVLA
Monitor and Control Transition Software Development Plan.

That document has been modified to now include:

- An overview of Phases I - III of the Transition Plan

- The assignment of developers to Phase I - III tasks

- Discussion of and a task list for the software needed for
   the tests of the WIDAR prototype boards.

EVLA M&C software developers are asked to check the assignment
of developers to the various Phase I - Phase III tasks.

For now, the document is considered to be stable.  It will
probably not experience a significant revision until sometime
in a Jun - Aug 2005 timeframe when both Phase I of the Transition
Plan should be drawing to a close, and the test plan for the
WIDAR Prototype Correlator becomes available.
