Steve Durand approached me today with a request
that we develop and familiarize the Electronics
Division staff with whatever procedures we decide
upon for software revision and change for the 
test antenna.

For example, an engineer wishes to change certain
features of a diagnostic routine that he/she has
written for a module.  This diagnostic is run by
the MIB and its results are reported by the MIB.

So, what are the procedures for testing a change
to that diagnostic, and, once the new version has
been finalized, what are the procedures for making
the new version a permanent part of the test antenna
software ?  (We should also be able to rollback
to earlier versions as needed.)

We don't need an answer tomorrow, but sometime over
the next month would be good.
