Hi George,

	Since ATI sent us the Nucleus OS with the serial drivers plumbed to use
the ASC port, I'd vote for bringing the ASC port out as RS232. 
Additionally, if the board is designed with an ASC->RS232 interface, it
would allow us to start board level debug (immediately) without first
having to write a driver for the MIB modem port.
