All,

In an attempt to control and preserve work done thus far, I've added
some additional directories/sources to CVS. The directory structure I
created was basically gleaned from the /home/asg/evla directory and
looks like so:

$CVSROOT
    |
    +--CVSROOT
          |
          +--amcs (antenna monitor and control)
               |
               +--bin
               +--classes
               +--doc
               +--lib
               +--obj
               +--src
          |
          +--cmcs (correlator monitor and control)
               |
               +--bin
               +--classes
               +--doc
               +--lib
               +--obj
               +--src
          |
          +--corr (correlator)
               |
               +--bin
               +--classes
               +--doc
               +--lib
               +--obj
               +--src

Some of these directories contain files while others are placeholders
for future development.

My thinking was to try and keep the subdirectories for corr, amcs, and
cmcs generic, and then to have folks put project specific directories
under these ie: src
                                      |
                                      +--MIB
                                          |
                                          +--OS
                                          +--Bootloader
                                          +--DataServer

My feeling is that we should probably come to a consensus on how CM is
to be implemented and used for this project, to avoid things getting out
of hand. Also, it would be useful to put in a CM structure which meets
everones needs up front, so as not to have to rework it in the future.
I'm not sure if this should be discussed at the Monday 1:30 ASG meeting
or in a seperate meeting with those specifically interested in CM setup
participating. Any thoughts/comments on this are welcome.
