A set of directories to hold vendor-supplied materials
concerning the RTOSes and networking software under
consideration for the AMCS MIBs have been created.

The basic path is:

  /home/asg/evla/doc/vendor

with current (4/11/2002) subdirectories & files:

/MIB_rtos.txt The compilation of info on various rtos & network
software products that has been circulated via
			    evla-sw-discuss

/rtos_candidates_01.txt The discussion (3/18/2002) circulated via
evla-
sw-discuss of which RTOSes to investigate and
			    which to ignore.

  /ATI_Nucleus
/NUNETCALLS.pdf The API for ATIs network stack

 /Elmic_TurboTreck
A variety of files. Code_Size.pdf gives the runtime
RAM requirements of various components of the software.
Product_Metrics is an attempt to convey the quality
	of the coding & comments.

  /ExpressLogic_ThreadX
users_manual.ps.gz The entire ThreadX Users Guide - 324
pages. Worth a look just to see if
		             it's written in comprehensible English.
threadX_api.ps.gz A brief summary of the API.

  /Interniche
NicheStack_Sockets.ps.gz The section of the reference manual
that discusses the sockets API for
			          the NicheStack product. (~18 pages)
NicheLite_Sockets.ps.gz The section of the reference manual
that discusses the sockets API for
				  the NicheLite product. (~16 pages)

If it is desired, I have access to & can download a variety
of complete reference manuals from the Interniche site.

I am trying now to secure a copy of the Nucleus PLUS Users
       Guide.
