[Difx-users] DiFX SVN repo {External}

Geodetic users are still using older versions of DiFX (2.5.4, 2.5.5,
2.6.2) so it would be good to have the older versions available as tarballs
somewhere. On a more positive note I think we're closing in on a method to
use 2.9, but I still think having the old versions available would be
useful.
