[Difx-users] [Unrestricted] Getting EOP's {External}

personally I use wget ftps://
gdc.cddis.eosdis.nasa.gov/vlbi/gsfc/ancillary/solve_apriori/usno_finals.erp.
gdc still exists, it just doesn't support ftp any more.
