[Difx-users] error when running startCalcServer {External}

Hi Chris,
Thank you very much for your suggestions. Yes, in fact, I indeed
reinstalled the whole DiFX, but still have the same issue. However, when I
just reinstalled difxcalc11, this problem was solved. The
startCalcServer problem was also solved with this similar method.
