[Difx-users] Availability of difxcalc

Hi all,

I am wondering if the difxcalc program is available via any open license /
open source that I can get to play with to generate model delay/delay
rates.. I found literature reference to the program via Google, but
couldn't find any reference to the program as such.

If anyone has pointers to it, would you please let me know?
