As Chris says, m5spec will do that for you. But if you want to do it in
DiFX (for instance because you want a FITS file) then I believe it is
possible. Certainly mpifxcorr can do it, I'm just not sure about the fits
building part. If you set in the v2d file:
minSubarray=1
mode=profile
that should let you make a job with a single antenna and produce just the
autocorrelations. But since we usually only use that for looking at pulsar
data (and hence don't make FITS files) I can't guarantee it will work. I
did also have to make a fix just now to ensure that it worked with a single
station, so you'll need to svn update vex2difx in any case.
