[Difx-users] DiFX users meeting 2016 pre-announcement

November 14-18 is ok for me also.  Does anyone on the difx-users list that
initially responded in favour of a November date have issues with the week
of 14-18?  If not, I think we should set that now, and then we can begin
the process of setting up a meeting page, etc.
