Add adverb RGBCOLOR to provide the color to be used instead
of a pure black background. Changed procedures TVCOLORS
and DEFCOLOR to set the background to 0.02 to keep the black
background. Procedure OKCOLORS does a white background.
These procs are in POPSDAT.HLP and added info to TVCOLORS
and DEFCOLOR help files.

Added adverb DOKEEP to TV3COLOR. DOKEEP false turns off
all channels except the 3 chosen ones. DOKEEP true
urns on the chosen 3 in RGB and leaves all others as they
are. Code changed in AU5 and in help files for TV3COLOR
and TV3LOD.

16507. September 14, 2026 TEPLT, PDPLT Eric
Added adverb TVCHAN to these tasks. They can now use
DO3COLOR to do more than one plot on the TV with color
for source. Added these tasks to TVCHAN help and
changed the number of adverbs for them in AU2A and
AU8a. No other code changes were required.
