        The site from which ALBUS fetched the essential COD files
        changed from ftp: to https: forcing a change of containers.
        We cannot use the old one or the more recent one used
        previously.  Changed AIPS' ALBUS (and the container) to
        allow the choice between PIM and IRI ionosphere models
        with adverb DOMODEL, added info to the output albus.inputs
        file, allowed the TE file to contain the TEC values even
        when the IFRM is blanked.
        Moved to 31DEC25 this date.
