        Changed LSTHDR to allow a larger number of extension files.
        The format allowed only 999 nicely and failed at 9999.
        Two digits were added.  Also changed the format fo image
        max and min reducing the numbers after the decimal by 2.
        The old values implied more accuracy than the header
        actually allows.
        Moved to 31DEC25 this date.

        Changed TRANS to not copy CC and MF extension files.
        This can get out of hand for numbers of files and they
        are not useful in the transposed image.
        Changed XGAUS to use the reference type from the XG
        table to determine the units on the X axis for component
        locations and widths.  Marked output images as blanked
        when they are.  Changed component output images to allow
        them to be written if the min and max are equal no matter
        the image size.  That allows for single pixel solutions
        no matter the actual image size.  Changed to copy the XG
        table only to the residual and rms images.  Added copying
        of CG table if present to those images.
        Moved these changes to 31DEC25 this date.
