        The wedge labeling was using the actual residual range
        rather than the PIXRANGE used for the image.  Changed
        TVUTIL   Changed wedge labeling to use Milli and Kilo
                 when appropriate.
        QCLEAN   Corrected a menu error from when OFMCOLOR was
                 added.  Changed to do wedge with "clipped"
                 range rather than total range.
