        The wedge labeling was using the previous extrema when
        displaying spectral line cleaning rather than the
        appropriate intensities of the current channel residual.
        The labels on the top of the TV image did not identify
        spectral channels.  Changed:
        IMAGR    Added LBCHAN and LECHAN keywords to Clean object
                 but only when making a spectral line cube.
        TVUTIL   Changed wedge labeling to use Milli and Kilo
                 when appropriate.
        QCLEAN   Added pick up of LBCHAN/LECHAN.  Changed labeling
                 at top of TV to show channel(s) when appropriate,
                 to show field number only when there is more than
                 one, to show shift only when not zero more than 1
                 field.  Cleaned up excess 0's.  Corrected a menu
                 error from when OFMCOLOR was added.  Changed to
                 do wedge with "clipped" range rather than total
                 range.
        Moved nowhere.
