        will now translate errno and print the string.  ZACTV9
        treated errno 0 as an error, it is not.

        NEW TASK:  It takes a directory and copies every file in
        and below that directory to a "backup" directory with
        user controlled print out.  The user controls  whether
        file names starting with a period in the input directory
        are included.
