        NEW TASK: Does the same checking as UVDIF but over
        channels BCHAN to ECHAN and IFs BIF to EIF and all
        polarizations.  If some discrepancy is found in a
        visibility sample, the number of discrepancies in
        parallel polarizations, in cross polarizations, in
        weights, in uvw's, and in other random parameters
        are reported with vis number, time, antennas, and
        uvw.  UVDIF does not test enough since it is
        restricted to a single IF and one or a few spectral
        channels.

        In writing UVCHK it was discovered that UVDIF left
        some data out of the statistical computations.
        Now they include all data.  Also added progress
        messages because it can be slow.  Changed help file
        inputs section for APARM(4) which ignores flagging
        not weights.
        REAMP tried to copy the NX table after creating and
        filling one by the normal methods.  Changed the
        final table copying to omit the old NX one.
        Moved nowhere.
