        The data reading routine assumed that all pointers to
        random parameters were the same in all 4 input data sets.
        Corrected it to use the appropriate pointers for each
        data set.  Overhauled the reading and changed the sorting
        to use SHSORT rather than a crude scheme.  Overhauled
        the UV data reading routine to depend on the data being
        actually in time-baseline order with correct baseline
        sort.  TB is often asserted when the baselines are not
        sorted.  Corrected table handling to use the actual
        length of a parameter rather than assuming it is like
        all other IF-dependent parameters.  Added progress
        mesages to uv output routine.  This is a major
        re-write but the errors are large so:
        Moved to 31DEC25 this date.
