        data sets that are at different times and different
        frequencies.  It makes files filled with lots of
        0 weight IFs but allows disparate data sets to be
        combined for imaging, self-cal, et al.

        Work on VBAPP provided a better routine for preparing
        the codes which tell the task where to put each IF.
        A bug in copying tables was also corrected.  Add info
        about VBAPP to help file.
