APARM(9) is a fraction of the number of channels in
each IF. It was in the code a simple number. Hence
if APARM(9)=0.3, all channels would be flagged if
any one were flagged. Corrected to flag the IF
        if APARM(9) * NPOL * (ECHAN-BCHAN+1) are flagged.
This bug has been present for a very long time!
        Added info to help also.
        Moved to 31DEC25.
