        previous century and causing a message sometimes.
        Add OPTYPE = 'CPOL' which determines I, Q, and U rather
        than only I done by 'CALC'.  This only works on 3C286.

        Added a special mode attached to 0 < DOPOL < 0.5 which
        corrects parallactic angle but not polarization D terms.
        This allows RLDIF to be run before PCAL when a data
        set is inadequate to do PCAL.  Special versions of
        UVGET, DATGET, and DATPOL were added.
