        NEW TASK: Like ISPEC and RSPEC but with two input spectral
        cubes.  It computes over a BLC,TRC or a list of CLBOXES
        and can plot the two on top of each or separated vertically.
        Or it can combine the two with addition, subtraction,
        multiplcation, and division before plotting.  The Y axis
        may be linear, square roo, and cube root.
        Also changed AU2A, AU8A, and precursor comments in GINIT
        to add this plot task #84.
        Moved nowhere.
