        Added to VPLOT the X axis type of time with gaps.  Changed
        VPLOT and SNPLT to have a second type with gaps where the
        first type does not label tick marks in the middle of gaps
        and the second type does.  The labeling on such axes is
        difficult; it is better to have 2 choices.
        Moved nowhere.
