        PRPLT forgot to set XYRATIO to some sort of default so XYRATIO
        =0 caused a failure.  Changed GINITL to trap this and set it to

        plots so that stopping plots does not cut off the printing.
        Corrected feature in which it lost the last sample which is
        very bad when there is only one sample.  Changed to plot
        scaling to let it show more detail.
        The AIPSLetter for 31DEC25 is done.  Saved in $AIPSPUBL the
        TEX, PDF, and PS.gz versions.  The straight ps file is nearly
        3 Mbytes.

        Took the file maintained by the analysts of corrections to
        EVLA antenna locations and saved it in AIPS as $AIPSTARS
        file EVLA.ant.2025.  Also made a dummy VLA.ant.2025 in
        $AIPSTARS.  Made a new 2026 file for the analysts.
        Moved everywhere in $AIPSTARS.

        Moved test on whether a model is provided outside the IF
        clause for single-source files.  The model is required for
        multi- as well as single-source files.  Added a test after
        the visibilities are copied to make sure that something
        was copied.
