        Editing the CookBook pointed out some issues.  The buffers
        in TVPL were only 2560 in size so a 5000x5000 grey scale
        image caused serious issues.  Changed to 10240.  Edited
        the help file to mention this upper limit and point out that
        TVPL will do its best with images too large for the TV but
        will have to omit portions of the image.
        UVPLT help file did not describe the IMSIZE adverb which is
        significant when DOTV FALSE and ignored with DOTV TRUE.
        Moved nowhere.

        UVPLT has IMSIZE.  Changed
