        The number of adverbs in PLOTR was changed so fixed AU2A
        (PLGET) and AU8A (EXTLIST) for this.

        Added plot types connected dots and step functions as well
        as the full boxes done forever.  Changed DOHIST so that 1
        through 3 plots image intensity on the X axis and 4 through
        6 on the Y axis.  Added larger numbers for axis labeling of
        number of pixels.
