        Corrected two bugs.  The default for EXTIME was -10 after
        an absolute value was taken.  It is now +10 as it should
        be with the flag to select the method of time extensions
        set.  The routine that did the extension interpreted
        antenna N with all as requiring the all antenna form of
        time etension.  In EDITA one of the 2 antennas is always
        zero so the antenna form of time extension was never done.
        Changed this for EDITA only (not EDITR< SCMAP, SCIMG) to
        do the antenna based extension when one the two antennas
        is not zero (and that form of extension was requested).
        Moved nowhere.
