        The latest gcc pointed out a problem where many variables
        were defined in each subroutine file of XAS.SHR.  Changed
        xas.h into defxas.h included only once (in xas.c).  Made
        a new xas.h which declares all variables external that
        is included in each subroutine file.
        Moved to 31DEC25 April 11, 2026.
