        dimension.  It was too long and so wrapped on the message
        server.  Also broke it into two to differentiate between
        bad initial values and bad windows when the number of
        pixels in rows is small (i.e. > 1 row per kilobyte).
        Did not relink everything; it will percolate eventually.

        Added code in subroutine BFAC to handle cases where the
        number of levels is greater than 4 (i.e. 16 and 256).
        This is coming with VNDA although it can also do 4 levels.
        Added a bit of info to the help file on DIGICOR.
        DIGICOR >= 0 is not required when the van Vleck correction
        is done in DiFX, but if it is not used the gains in the
        first ACCOR will be rather different from one.
        Moved nowhere.
