        The display of the LEVS string on contour plots works hard
        to make sure that the values are rounded as the Fortran
        format would do with the number of characters displayed.
        But all of them attempted to make values >= 1000 to be
        integer times 10.  It did not always work but it did
        change the user's LEVS(i) values some of the time.
        Corrected this in COMLAB (used by CNTR, CCNTR) and in
        KNTR, GREYS, and PCNTR.
        Moved nowhere.
