        1. DPARM(1)=22 to do phase rms in MATX, LIST
        2. MATX allowed DPARM(1)=6 but could not do it
        3, MATX dropped vector average of half od the matrix when same
           as scalar
        4. Corrected "rms" to amp rms and pahse rms
        5. In LIST, rms failed since COUNT was sum of weights not a
           count.  Added a real counter.  Renamed COUNT to WTSUM.
        6. In LIST, changed handling of ANTENNAS and BASELINE to the
           standard subroutines SETANT and REQBAS to honor a negeative
           as deselect.  Changed setting of list of antenna pairs.
        Help file:
        1. Add phase rms, clarify rms as either amplitude or phase
        2. Clarify which DPARM(1) go with which OPTYPE.
