Corrected the "rms" computation which was rms amplitude from
vector computation. It returned sqrt (sigmaR^2+sigmaI^2)
when the correct combinatorial formula is
sqrt [ (Re*SigmaR/AMP)^2 + (Im*SigmaI/AMP)^2 ]
which is rather less. Added phase rms with formula
sqrt [(Re*SigmaI/AMP^2)^2 + (Im*SigmaR/AMP^2)^2]
where the average real part is Re with uncertainty SigmaR
and the average imaginry part is IM with uncertainty SigmaI.
Moved to 31DEC24 this date.
