        The lustre disk system has a new (?) gotcha.  TECOR would
        occasionally fail claiming the file was busy but usually
        worked.  The code is correct that the file was not busy
        but apparently the status change done on the file was
        sometimes not being communicated fast enough.  Changed
        TABINI to suppress the first such error message from CATIO
        (but display other error messages generated by CATIO)
        and to pause 2 seconds and try again on this error with
        the message no longer supressed.  Changed a message from
        TECOR that was informative but read as an error.
        Moved nowhere, must link everything.

16331.  November 19, 2025           ALBUS                  Eric
        Deleted the help file called STATIONS which was an old copy
        of the ALBUS stations list.  The current list is in $AIPSIONS
        named ALBUS.stations.  Changed POPSDAT and NEWPARMS to create
        a real STATIONS adverb and created a STATIONS help file.
        Changed ALBUS to send the stations list to the real ALBUS.
        Moved nowhere.
