        When the EVLA is used with the VLBA it is necessary to
        determine system temperatures to be provided to ANTAB.
        Recently, we started using wide bandwidth EVLA data which
        has more spectral windows ("IFs") than the VLBA data.
        Added VPARM to VLAMP to list those spectral windows in
        the EVLA data that are relevant to the VLBA data and
        only those will be output to the ANTAB file.  Added VPARM
        and OBITVERS to DOVLAMP (only the help file) and removed
        BIF and EIF.  Changed DOVLAMP.001 to correct a POPS error,
        to tell BDF2AIPS to leave the IFs in their original order,
        and to remove the BIF-EIF UVCOP operation.
        Moved nowhere.
