        The Fly's eye algorithm actually simply checks a large area on
        a rectangular grid in L and M.  It takes only every other
        possibility in this grid and then only those within a specified
        radius of the center.  The alternation is what makes the hexagonal
        pattern.  Currently it takes only the odd choices.  Added DOINVERS
        to allow taking only even choices.  The two possibilities will
        cover somewhat different areas and may even produce different
        numbers of facets.  Study the results with CHKFC and FLATN to
        choose whichever one is better for your current imaging needs.
