        Corrected the print routine to handle looping over IFs and
        polarizations properly and added looping over data types.
        Added all this looping to the routine that counts lines
        printed and determines the sacling parameters.  Previously
        the task would abort from trying to print maore than would
        fit in the line.
        Moved to 31DEC24 this date.
